These
systems are unique, custom-designed and fully automated.
The systems will treat up to 60.000 m3/hr in one system.
The
calculated amount of air is distributed over a number of
carbon beds installed in a horizontal adsorber. Electronic
devices detect saturation of the carbon. An underground
regeneration system will wash and regenerate each bed with
caustic and water, or water only depending on the choice of
activated carbon.
The system does not require any operator
presence and continues to treat the flow of air during the
regeneration process.
The systems can handle H2S levels up
to 100 ppm with less than 1 ppm at the outlet.
The operation
costs, inclusive the depreciation of the adsorption media
and the chemicals used, are the lowest possible.
